HOW IT WORKS

The seller contacts Remodefy and provides key details about the home. A local project director is then chosen and assigned to oversee the process.

The project director, agent, and homeowner tour the property to evaluate and outline the necessary improvements.

After the walkthrough and discussion, the project director provides a detailed initial estimate, allowing adjustments to be made to the project scope as needed.

Once the initial estimate is approved, Remodefy presents a fixed bid, final quote, and contract for signature.

After the contract is signed, Remodefy starts ordering the materials needed for the project.

The project director oversees subcontractors, manages materials, and handles deliveries. As the main contact, they update the agent and homeowner, ensuring the home is ready for showings.

The house is then listed for sale and expected to sell at a higher profit margin.
